The mobile phones are device having the full duplex mode of radio transmission technology. The mobile phones have now the data storage & transfer facilities they use fast data transfer mode like 3rd generation technology and Bluetooth or wired connection. Mobile phone now available with the synchronization technique to store your data from mobile to your computer it can able to store your data. The mobile phone now able to performs your task faster. The mobile phones are now device having some functionality like PDA Phones and able to communicate over the networks by Bluetooth, infrared etc. Mobile phones now available with facility to install application and use different type of data storage function.

The Mobile Phone allow user to make & receive telephone calls to and from the public switch telephone network which includes other mobiles & fixed lines network phone across the world. It does this by the connection creation from a cell network area owned by the mobile networks operator. Main key features of the cellular network technology is that, it can be able to create seamless telephone calls when the user moves around several wide area via a process which is known as the soft handoff or hard handover. Now the cell phones available with the messaging & some applications like Bluetooth, calendar, mp3 player and currency converter etc.

The cell phones are device which work in a cell area hexagonal shape and perform handoff .The handoff is the process in which one cell area operator sends information about Home location, visitor location balance etc to other cell area network. The cell area is occurring in hexagonal shape due to no gap between two hexagonal occurs they easily overlap each other area. The cell phone is device in which many type of register occur like visitor location register to store information about visitor which is in the roaming, the home location register to contain information about the user within same network area. There are two type of switching center occurs like base switching center and mobile switching center to handle user in same area and user in different cell area. There is connection between public switch cell phonetelephone network and mobile switching center.
