BlackBerry Apps: To Business Or Not To Business?

It is a well known fact that BlackBerry smartphones are ideal for any type of business, although they are not exclusively designed for this purpose. From small business employees to highly influential executives, a BlackBerry has become the ultimate compulsory trifle known to offer its owner a little bit of support in making it through a stressful day; and also through demanding business activities. A BlackBerry is not a complete BlackBerry without the various range of apps available in the App World and impatiently waiting to be tried out by more and more users. There might be both useful and useless BlackBerry apps out there, but what would be the choices of small biz entrepreneurs in terms of business, or even entertainment?
The worldwide web is packed with loads of app reviews and it should not be a surprise for you to ascertain that many of these reviews were made by small business owners descovering the benefits of this powerful high performance gadget. For example, contrary to its developers’ expectations, the Documents To Go office suite was not found to be very productive. The simple, rational cause of this fact is easy to understand. Would the advantages of a spreadsheet or presentation be that significant on a tiny BlackBerry screen? Probably not; and who would need a full mobile office suite when much computer software is still perfectly able to perform business office tasks in a way more effective manner?
On the other hand, BrickBreaker has proven to be the ideal game app to iron out the stressful effects of a busy work day. Many small business developers admit to have played BrickBreaker during their work schedule, as it is highly addictive and always puts a smile on the cheerless face of a hard worker. If we strictly refer to business, cost and resource managing apps facilitate dealing with business needs in a more effective manner. Foursquare and Maps also pulled a fast one to certain employees with a goofing off habit and hopefully they learned a valuable lesson – that in the BlackBerry era, it is easier for your boss to keep an eye on you.
As for the less productive apps, the BlackBerry support should note Caffeine Finder and Fast Food Finder can’t yet brag about being the happy winners, as every businessman seems to know how to get to the nearest McDonald’s in case such urges occur.
